“...So do we pass the ghosts that haunt us later in our lives; they sit undramatically by the roadside like poor beggars, and we see them only from the corners of our eyes, if we see them at all. The idea that they have been waiting there for us rarely if ever crosses our minds. Yet they do wait, and when we have passed, they gather up their bundles of memory and fall in behind, treading in our footsteps and catching up, little by little.”--Stephen King

taste pictures and video!
follow this link to my fb photo album to see pics of us roaming the city and the sears tower(add me as a friend if we're not already)... goto the photobucket page to see fireworks pictures...
never again will i try to upload video using anything BUT this new place i found... 10 hours later i finally remembered i have photobucket and it took 10 minutes to upload and it only uploaded the 1st 5 minutes leaving me frustrated. that was it. not the whole thing, so i've been on a rampant search trying to find something to share this video with you all... a search that started when we got home from grocery shopping 8 hours ago or whenever it was and its now almost midnight...
anyways, please watch this 20 minute video of friday's fireworks since i went through "hell" to get it here for you....
with sound, just over 20 minutes using blackberry
removed the imbedded... follow this link:
(will auto play can't help that...turn volume on mute if you don't want to hear it...)
there are other videos on this site as well that is from me, vids of the kittehs and another shorter vid of the fireworks without sound taken with the digital camera.
enjoy!!

2009 Is Here
So I guess I should say... Happy New Year!
we went out last night and watched the movie "Bedtime Stories" it was very cute and very funny! and it might also be the only movie i've ever seen Adam Sandler in that he wasn't cussing worse than a sailor.
I'm slightly moody this new years day, i took my last of my monthly pills yesterday morning and the day after is usually a nice swing into the ugly green monster land... and sure enough, i didn't even see it coming and there she is. the smallest things bring her into life the day after the last pill. thankfully i have a man that understand that this can not helped and it is chemicals and medications that i have to consume the last 5 days of every month.
so my 1st new years resolution I guess would try (again) to get my doc to take me off the pills at my next appointment in June. Which... depending on what we decide I guess I could go on different medication (in conjunction with the meds i'm already on) that would kind of enhance the ugly green monster just the slightest. Yes, I'm speaking of fertility drugs. 2009 could be the year we get pregnant. Or it could be another year that I stay without child. And i don't want to think about it right now, cuz i'm missing my family ALOT right now. And when i'm home sick the ugly green monster seems to be amplified.
Back to the last day of 2008...
Woke up at 5:30 am to take Joe to work. We went and got coffee first which was a very nice treat. Dropped him off about 6:30 and waited at the mechanic's until about 7:15. After about an hour he came in and said "I know what's wrong with your truck: #1 you don't need a front end alignment and its not the missing lugnuts/bolts causing your truck to shake badly. Your passenger tire is seperating, the belt is broke. Most likely a pot hole did it. #2 you need a complete new set of front brakes, etc. Your rear brakes are fine. All that combined with the oil change and the routine maintenance your bill will be about $250." I said "whoa, seriously? that's like $100 less than I estimated from prior work" and he just smiled. I was seriously in awe. I love my mechanic (for vehicle purposes only).
Now I just need to buy 2 new tires to replace the one that keeps going flat (slow leak) and the one that seperated which happend to be the spare in the 1st place! I've had such horrible luck with tires on that blazer that I kept having to rotate the front tires between the good ones and the spare. What's now the passenger front will become the spare and we'll buy 2 new tires for the front. My rear tires are still in very good condition (thankfully) and I'll get the tires next month. Our budget is shot to hell right now for January.
I then went to walmart and traded back a christmas gift (I got the same book from 2 different people) and got us some Fritos and Quesa dip to go with the Subway sandwhiches I got us for lunch.
After chatting it up with some folks from his work and waited on the last load to pick up we went to the market and got us some alchohol for new years eve. Then we went home and then to the movies. After the movies we made dinner and I drank 2 pineapple coladas and 4 mudslides and still didn't get drunk. Slightly buzzed and very sleepy!!! Joe had a whole bottle of wine to himself and got very buzzed.
I was starting to feel something after the 2 colodas and the 1 mudslide but then we --we had some fun-- and it was all over after that. I couldn't get more buzzed than I was!
We accepted defeat about 11pm and went to sleep. During which I ended up turning off my phone because every 5 minutes someone new was calling or texting me. I have never turned off my phone before. Even on mute/vibrate it was waking me up vibrating on the carpet. I woke up this morning about 7am and crashed out on the couch next to Joe playing our game. Finally turned on my cell about 11am and surprisingly no voicemails!
And here I am! hopefully the ugly green monster has showed herself for the last time today (my computer was dying on me and turning itself off and I was bitchy and joe wanted to help fix it and i wouldn't let him and it was just nasty but he still loves me!) and eventually he did get it fixed. And my battery is working fine now (grumbles) but his is not (laughs). Oh well, stupid technology.
We had french toast this morning and i'm cooking the blackeyed peas and ham right now in the crockpot. its' making my tummy talk it smells so good!!!
Joe's mom gave us her old digital camera (which is twice better than the one we did have) it's amazing and an Olympus. Gave us extra batteries and memory cards as well as a case to keep it in, etc.
So to make a long post even longer here is my list of things to accomplish this year (I have no resolutions, thier made to be broken) in no particular order:
*get off the medications
*become healthier and more fit
*get the medical bills paid off
*either be pregnant or have given birth by 2010
*buy a new vehicle by next winter (and try to keep the blazer, too)
*have more money in the savings account
*be even more valuable to the company I work for
*visit each family atleast once
*post more to my blog

Ligion

I am sad to report that I have found that one of my fave bands and the band I saw live for valentines last year has broken up.
I am devastated about this. I KNOW they could have been as big as the acts they opened for. Short lived bands. I saw it all too often following the music biz as much as I use to.
These guys had actual talent and awesome charisma hanging out with us fans after the show. I love all the pictures I have of me and them together. One of them is from not too far from where we live... I hope maybe he'll see this and we can hangout some time... I think I'm going to email him -I do have his address after all.

"I Want MY Son BACK!"
must see movie.
intense and very emotional.
Angelina takes you into 1928 and makes you believe that she is Christine Collins.
we nominate it the most powerful movie of the year.
another amazing movie by my most favorite actress ever. Angelina, you are a big screen Goddess.
I'm still feeling the emotional rollercoaster that overwhelmed us in the theatre.

it's 10 pm...
and no call.
she *promised* she'd call no matter what...
standard deducting means we didn't get the condo.
thank you to everyone who commented and offered a helping hand...
Titan: you can always keep me company and teach me how to pack if you can't do heavy stuff!
Bayjb: i'll come get you! nothing like getting together with a bunch of people, moving shit and having a beer or and some bbq afterwards :-)
Kat: I'm happy I could help you out! (I often forget to do things myself)
our new home search is not over yet. i'm a little pissy at this woman. I feel like i'm on a never ending episode of House Hunters and i'm sick of liars and dead ends. but we wont give up!
besides, it was too small anyways, we have oversized bulky furniture....
for tonight however, we'll watch "Ten Items or Less" because it's freakin awesome and Morgan Freeman is da man!

awe! i feel so loved :-)
*THANKYOU* to everyone who has expressed an interest in my leaving or staying. well, after an *amazing* day today with Joe and my intense urge to share with everyone! I wont be leaving. However, I will monitor what I say inregards to my feelings and happenings at my job. If I *must* vent it will be through the blog "behind the scenes" --only people who have LiveJournal accounts and are listed as my friend can see it. I don't use it much. I've wrote a few posts in there in and its all boring anyways! lol and I doubt I'll use it. I just guess that I need to use more discresion than I have. I'd really hate to vent about someone at work and they accidently find this blog and take it the wrong way... This would be the reason why I made my nonpublic blog in the first place--so I could bitch about my roomate and her not see it.--and other people.--Keep in mind that stuff in here that's labeled "secrets unveiled" are posts that were made unprivate in the other blog and copied it to here. --I really wish that blogger would make a "lockable" posting feature so only those we choose--our "friends" could see certain things.
BUT ON TO THE GOOD STUFF!
Woke up this morning and went to work! Yes, work on a sunday: they call it a "precon" which is basically 1 representative from each "department" gathers together with the head contacts of the group staying at the resort (we're a conference oriented resort but have familyshit stuff on the weekends) --ok so anyways I represented AcctgCmd. I was congratulated by all of the others that I did an awesome job! *woot*
And now to the juicy:
Joe said he had asecret surprise for me for lunch and I said "lets go!" and we took the utmost gorgeous scenic route to ....
First off we stopped by Cabella's and totally made me homesick for Arkansas! Seeing all that camping gear and...just everything outdoorsy that you'd need in the mountains and forests. And the boats!I WE want a boat! Oh it'd be so awesome to go boating!
And finally, we come to the surprise! But, although we wanted Sonic- just not as badly as to wait in those ridiculously long lines! I hope that this means they'll get the point of it and put in MORE Sonics! Preferably in the immediate vacinity of where we live and work!
So we instead walked around this brandnew Walmart! Pretty :) and clean! And found this really awesome Dr. Pepper football shaped bottle. It's sitting on top of our TV. I was so desperate for football season to start.....but now.....I'm torn and don't know what to do... I'm thinking of trying out a new team? Maybe this means I was a Favre Fan and not a Packers fan.....But damnit, I don't even have the urge to WATCH him with the JETS! *cries*
ok! fun stuff!
So we headed back home and made a few stops along the way: We ended up at a Halloween store! oooooooooooooooooh, I wish I had a HOUSE so I could make the front yard all creepy scary! There was this AWESOME Jason statue/robot thing. Really LIFE like! And everything else was AMAZING as well. I need children so I can get this out of my system through them! You should have seen the baby costumes...ok...im SO teary-eyed again....
Then we took a trip by PetCo and bought Nilla s'more tubes for her house. It's a REALLY aweome design! Joe is so cool with putting it together. We need to get her another habitat and more tubes to connect between the two. We're REALLY thinking of getting another Hamster. Just have to make sure its a GIRL and not a BOY or else we'll be Hamster grandparents! Which, I'd be VERY ok with that, AND! the PetCo said they'd take the babies after thier weined and sell em. ....I wonder if we could make money off of Hamster Breeding... Now THAT's and IDEA!
And then we're off again to feed the tummies! ......OHMIGODS! TGIFRIDAYS! Jack Daniels BURGER.......oh and it took ALOT of willpower to NOT divulge in the partaking of JACKDANIELSIPPERS! ........drooling....... jalepeno macaroni & cheese.....you shoulda SEEN how red joe's face got! It was priceless.
And then we're back on the road again after stopping off at gamestop and buying my man a new game. Nothing makes me happier than watching him play his racing video games and knowing that I am a cool enough girlfriend to sit there and enjoy it with him... Yeap, I'd like to think he's got a pretty good catch!
And, there is nothing better than an impromtu game of MINIGOLF!
now we come to: Oberweis Dairy......not as good as ColdStone but it was very fun playing Chess together. I've not played chess since oh.....highschool! And I didn't do any good then either! I remembered that the Horsey can only go in a "L" shape! Everything else went out of my head...pffft! I can say this tho: Joecan be is a patient teacher... And he'll let you think your winning until he wipes you out!
ok! time for sleeeeepies but I have to share one more thing: my *new fave must have song* I hope that if Joe ever hears this song on the radio, it'll remind him of me and he'll fall more deeply in love and....you know, i'm being mushy. But its a great song. and minus the Gemini Capricorn --I'm a Gemini Leo if you go by Sun/Moon or a Gemini Taurus if you go by Sun/Rising -- it's sounds just like me...(clicking on the title of the song should take you to the youtube video)

Pat Monahan "Her Eyes"
She's not afraid; she just likes to use her night light
When she gets paid, true religion gets it all
If they fit right.
She's a little bit manic, completely organic
Doesn't panic for the most part.
She's old enough to know, and young enough not to say no
To any chance that she gets for home plate tickets to see the Mets.
Like everybody, she's in over her head,
Dreads Feds, Grateful Dead, and doesn't take meds.
She's a Gemini Capricorn
Thinks all men are addicted to porn.
I don't agree with her half the time,
But, damn I'm glad she's mine.
Her eyes, that's where hope lies.
That's where blue skies
Meet the sunrise.
Her eyes, that's where I go
When I go home.
She got the kinda strength that every man wishes he had.
She loved Michael Jackson up until he made Bad.
Tells me that she lives about a hundred lives,
Scares me to death when she thinks and drives,
Says cowboy hats make her look fat,
and I'm so glad she's mine.
Her eyes, that's where hope lies.
That's where blue skies
Meet the sunrise.
Her eyes, that's where I go
When I go home.
She doesn't know the word 'impossible'
Don't care where I've been and doesn't care where we're goin' to.
She takes me as I am, and that ain't easy.
She's beautiful. So beautiful.
And sometimes I think she's truly crazy.
And I love it.
Her eyes, that's where hope lies.
That's where blue skies
Always meet the sunrise.
Her eyes, that's where I go
When I go home.
Her eyes, that's where hope lies.
That's where blue skies
Always meet the sunrise.
Her eyes, that's where I go
When I go home.
She's not afraid
she just likes to use her night light.

dissapointing dissapointing
so after all the hype about Cloverfield it is undeniably a dissapointment. The trailers pretty much show you the best part of the movie. Below is just 1 of the trailers out there. Click on the link for the one that frequented the TV networks and what we saw in the Theatres the last time we went.
the other dissapointment of the week would have to be the new "Dark Knight" ride at 6 flags (we went last sunday). It was seriously lame. And even tho that "Batman The Ride" the one that is outside and you go flipping upside down was really awesome.....it had no "theme" to Batman so that was a bit of a letdown...It's just got the Batman name on the ride. Unless you count the black painted rollercoaster?
Now the ride that was NOT a dissapointment and was UBER fun and I almost didn't get on is the Superman... Altho nothing about it except the name could tell you it was a Superman man ride it was the most amazing and intense ride. When you initially get on your sitting with your feet dangling and then they strap in your legs and your arms/chest area. After your all secured they draw you back and your literally laying like your on your stomach but in mid air. You goforwards and backwards and upside down and loops and twists and turns and you go so close to the people waiting in line you feel like you could reach out and touch the tops of thier heads. Now THAT ride was not a dissapointment at all... 2 people actually vomited while we were on it. The 1st car infront of us as they were unloading and someone behind us while we were waiting to unload. It was uber gross. I am surpised I didn't do a sympathy gag or vomit myself but I had nothing in stomach so I was all good!
We also did the "Vertical Velocity" which is a ride that shoots you like a bullet at 70 mph and you go straight up in the air and twist then you flash backwards and go straight up in the air again... you do this like 4 times? And each time you get higher and higher, your in for an intense feeling with this ride!
Ok that's all for now! Those 2 rides made up for "Dark Knight" being lame. Hell the whole day did and we're just happy that we did "DK" first so we got the dissapointment overwith for the day!

Hell the whole day did and we're just happy that we did "DK" first so we got the dissapointment overwith for the day!

quit making/letting me feel this way
» Outside
And you
Bring me to my knees
Again
All the times
That I could beg you please
In vain
All the times
That I felt insecure
For you
And I leave
My burdens at the door
But I'm on the outside
I'm looking in
I can see through you
See your true colors
'Cause inside your ugly
You're ugly like me
I can see through you
See to the real you
All the times
That I felt like this won't end
It's for you
And I taste
What I could never have
It was from you
All the times
That I've cried
My intentions
Full of pride
But I waste
More time than anyone
But I'm on the outside
And I'm looking in
I can see through you
See your true colors
'Cause inside you're ugly
You're ugly like me
I can see through you
See to the real you
All the times
That I've cried
All this wasted
It's all inside
And I feel
All this pain
Stuffed it down
It's back again
And I lie
Here in bed
All alone
I can't mend
But I feel
Tomorrow will be OK
But I'm on the outside
And I'm looking in
I can see through you
See your true colors
'Cause inside you're ugly
You're ugly like me
I can see through you
See to the real you

too much blood in my nicotine system
so i guess i tried to over compensate with chocolate...yea all i got is a icky tummy, an even more instense urge for a cigarette and a fever blister. don't know where the fever blister came from, woke up with it this morning...guess i was in a feverish state when i couldn't fall asleep lastnight because of the withdrawls? i got a rash of fever blisters when I was withdrawing from the Oxycontins back in February or so of 06 when I had herniated those 2 disks in my back... maybe there's a connection between withdrawls and fever blisters?
Joe borrowed Heavenly Sword from a pal at work...it's really good. I've been watching him play. Trying to keep my mind off certain things....sigh, didn't work did it?
i love finding videos on YouTube that people have taken songs and merged it with a game. the above is scenes from the game Heavenly Sword that Joe is playing set to the song "Bring Me to Life" by Evanescense.
I tell ya one thing tho....this video has got nothing on the HD quality of our P3 and our HDTV...makes me proud!

Addicted
I'm so addicted to
all the things you do
when you're going down on me
in between the sheets
all the sounds you make
with every breath you take
its not like anything
when you're loving me
oh girl lets take it slow
so as for you well you know where to go
i want to take my love and hate you till the end
its not like you to turn away
from all the bullshit i cant take
its not like me to walk away
i'm so addicted too all the things
you do when you're going down on me
in between the sheets
all the sounds you make
with every breathe you take
its not like anything
when you're loving me
yeahh
i know it was getting rough
all the times we spend
when we try to make
this love something better than
just making love again
its not like you to turn away
all the bullshit i cant take
just when i think i can walk away,
i'm so addicted to all the things
you do when you're going down on me
in between the sheets
all the sounds you make
with every breathe
its not like anything
i'm so addicted to the things you do
when you're going down on me
all the sounds you make with every breath you take
its not like anything when you're loving me
yeahh
when you're loving me
i can not make it through
all the things you do
theres just got to be more than you and me
i'm so addicted too all the things you do
when you're going down on me
in between the sheets
all the sounds you make with every breath you take
its not like anything
its not like anything
i'm so addicted too
all the things you do
when you're going down
all the sounds you make with every breath

ok, i'm back in chi-ca-go (area)
it was a wonderful week down south visiting with my family. it even snowed the day after christmas. not alot but just a little.
basically not much happened. Suga came by to visit a few times. I hung out with Swift and his kids & wife and my dad and my sister Feather. Raquel is has developed the nickname Daisy Mae because of her obsession with animals. She got another rabbit for Christmas. Swift's daughter Rosalia got a bunny for christmas too. All 3 of the girls got fish tanks from Grandma (mom to me) and i got them thier fishies and some stuff for the tanks.
otherwise, it was a normal christmas at my parents' house. Lots of screaming kids and people running in and out of the house. Raquel and her rabbits (animal lover married a hunter... but they are so happy and so sweet together.) and well just crazieness.
my flight down was uneventful. i got to o'hare, boarded the plane, landed and bam i was home. however getting back was a different story. Delays and cancellations. I was not a happy camper. but i got in late friday night instead of thursday evening and all is well.
Taranis took me out to Olive Garden which was amazing, we were so full we asked for doggie bags and dessert to go. then we went to go see "I Am Legend"
and Taranis slept through the previews. But he stayed awake through the rest of the movie. It didn't end out I wanted it to end, but what movies actually ever do? Anyways, it was an excellent movie, lovely graphics and special effects and terribly intense on the edge of your seat movie.
Saturday we got up early and went walking around the Oak Brook Terrace mall (which is an outdoors mall by the way and terribly cold in the winter) and went to eat brunch at Antico Posto. After that we went to Wal-Mart and he bought us Rockband by MTV games. Which by the way is awesome. I'd already cleared out a bunch of space in our room and moved into the storage room because it was just taking up useless space so now its all comfie in here even with the drum set from the game.
I'm quitting the spa. I need to wait til our manager gets back from vacation but I'm putting in my 2 week notice. It's pointless for me to work 2 jobs now that I don't have the truck payment anymore. Taranis makes in 1 week what i bring in from 1 job (actually more) in 2 weeks and it was fine while I was single but not anymore. I want to spend my weekends relaxing at home with him and going out to movies more often instead of working/waisting my life away and only seeing eachother for a few hours during the week when he's exhausted and i'm exhuasted from working.
so! it's official. i wont be working weekends anymore after about 3 more weeks. around the end of January or a little before then. I don't know what I'll do having 3 day weekends. Friday, Saturday & Sunday off. (unless it picks up at the firm and maybe i'll get 40 hours there instead of 32)
so anyways, taranis and I talked and it's "our money, our this, our that"... i still have a bad habit of saying "mine" and he'll just look at me and smile/wink. so it helps relieve the uneasiness that i feel and apprehension about quitting my job at the spa. i'm always afraid something is going to happen and i'll be kicking myself in the ass for quitting. but its time to stand up to the fear and stop running myself ragged because of it and just quit/let it go already.
and i miss my man so much when i'm at work. we're just starting to get in the groove and hangout and have fun when BAM, jenny's gotta go to work. so no more! no more workie workie on weekendie for me.
speaking of its nearly 3pm now and i have to be there in 2 hours. time to go. have fun.

I’m holding on your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground
And I’m hearing what you say
But I just can’t make you sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down
But wait...
You tell me that you’re sorry
Didn’t think I’d turn around and say..
That it’s too late to apologize, it’s too late
I said it’s too late to apologize, it’s too late
I’d take another chance, take a fall, take a shot for you
And I need you like a heart needs a beat
(But that's nothing new)
Yeah yeah
I loved you with a fire red, now it’s turning blue
And you say
Sorry like the angel heaven let me think was you
But I’m afraid
It’s too late to apologize, it’s too late
I said it’s too late to apologize, it’s too late
Woahooo woah
It’s too late to apologize, it’s too late
I said it’s too late to apologize, it’s too late
I said it’s too late to apologize, yeah yeah
I said it’s too late to apologize, a yeah

Never Again --Kelly Clarkson
its amazing how i can't even find my own words sometimes, then i'm alone driving in my truck and i hear what i was trying to say from someone else's lips.
and Kelly says it so well
and Kelly says it so well
I hope the ring you gave to her turns her finger green
I hope when your in bed with her, you think of me
I would never wish bad things, but I don't wish you well
Could you tell, by the flames that burned your words
I never read your letter
'Cos I knew what you'd say
Give me that Sunday school answer
Try and make it all OK
[Chorus]
Does it hurt to know I'll never be there
Bet it sucks, to see my face everywhere
It was you, who chose to end it like you did
I was the last to know
You knew exactly what you would do
And don't say, you simply lost your way
She may believe you but I never will
Never again
If she really knows the truth, she deserves you
A trophy wife, oh how cute
Ignorance is bliss
But when your day comes, and he's through with you
And he'll be through with you
You'll die together but alone
You wrote me in a letter
You couldn't say it right to my face
Give me that Sunday school answer
Repent yourself away
[Chorus]
Does it hurt to know I'll never be there
Bet it sucks, to see my face everywhere
It was you, who chose to end it like you did
I was the last to know
You knew exactly what you would do
And don't say, you simply lost your way
They may believe you but I never will
Never again
[Bridge]
Never again will I hear you
Never again will I miss you
Never again will I fall to you
Never
Never again will I kiss you
Never again will I want to
Never again will I love you
Never
[Chorus]
Does it hurt to know I'll never be there
Bet it sucks, to see my face everywhere
It was you, who chose to end it like you did
I was the last to know
You knew exactly what you would do
And don't say, you simply lost your way
They may believe you but I never will
I never will
I never will
Never again

Teardrops On My Guitar
I wish I could tell you, you would be the reason for teardrops on my guitar -- if I had a guitar.
TAYLOR SWIFT
TAYLOR SWIFT
Drew looks at me, I fake a smile so he won't see
That I want and I'm needing everything that we should be
I'll be she's beautiful, that girl he talks about
And she's got everything that I have to live without
Drew talks to me, I laugh cause it's so damn funny
That I can't even see anyone when he's with me
He says he's so in love, he's finally got it right,
I wonder if he knows he's all I think about at night
[Chorus:]
He's the reason for the teardrops on my guitar
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star
He's the song in the car I keep singing, don't know why I do
Drew walks by me, can he tell that I can't breathe?
And there he goes, so perfectly,
The kind of flawless I wish I could be
She'd better hold him tight, give him all her love
Look in those beautiful eyes and know she's lucky cause
[Repeat Chorus]
So I drive home alone, as I turn out the light
I'll put his picture down and maybe
Get some sleep tonight
He's the reason for the teardrops on my guitar
The only one who's got enough for me to break my heart
He's the song in the car I keep singing, don't know why I do
He's the time taken up, but there's never enough
And he's all that I need to fall into..
Drew looks at me, I fake a smile so he won't see.

System of a Down
Here are my fave songs/videos from System of a Down......please enjoy!
#1 Fave Song -- "Lonely Day"
"BOOM!" --its an interesting video. I like the message for peace but I don't agree with the whole thing. It does make our world leaders out to be assholes and makes fun of You'Know'Who so its in my faves for Dubya bashing and the message for peace.

#1 Fave Song -- "Lonely Day"
Such a lonely day
And its mine
The most loneliest day of my life
Such a lonely day
Should be banned
It's a day that I can't stand
The most loneliest day of my life
The most loneliest day of my life
Such a lonely day
Shouldn't exist
It's a day that I'll never miss
Such a lonely day
And its mine
The most loneliest day of my life
And if you go, I wanna go with you
And if you die, I wanna die with you
Take your hand and walk away
The most loneliest day of my life
The most loneliest day of my life
The most loneliest day of my life
Life
Such a lonely day
And its mine
It's a day that I'm glad I survived

I've been walking through your streets
Where all your money's earned
Where all your building's crying
And clueless neckties working
Revolving fake lawn houses
Housing all your fears
Desensitized by TV
Overbearing advertising
God of consumerism
And all your crooked pictures looking good
Mirrorism
Filtering information for the public eye
Designed for profiteering
Your neighbor, what a guy
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Every time you drop the bomb
You kill the god your child has born
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Modern globalization
Coupled with condemnations
Unnecessary death
Matador corporations
Puppeting your frustrations
With a blinded flag
Manufacturing consent
Is the name of the game
The bottom line is money
Nobody gives a fuck!
4,000 hungry children leave us per hour from starvation
While billions are spent on bombs
Creating death showers
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Every time you drop the bomb
You kill the god your child has born
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Why must we kill our own kind?
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Every time you drop the bomb
You kill the god your child has born
Boom! (X12)
Every time you drop the BOOM!

Wake up (wake up)
Grab a brush and
Put a little makeup
I just crossed the feeling
With a shakeup
Why'd you leave
The keys up on the table?
Here we go
Ceate another fable
(You wanted to)
Grab a brush and
Put a little makeup
(You wanted to)
I just crossed the feeling
With a shakeup
(You wanted to)
Why'd you leave
The keys up on the table?
(You wanted to)
Well I don't think
You trust in
My self-rightous suicide
Why cry when angels
Deserve to
Die
(Growl)
Wake up (wake up)
Grab a brush and
Put a little makeup
I just crossed the feeling
With a shakeup
Why'd you leave
The keys up on the table?
Here we go
Create another fable

Deserve to die

Father, into your hands
Why have you forsaken me
In your eyes
Forsaken me in your thoughts
Forsaken me in your hearts
Forsaken me oh oh
Trust in my self-righteous suicide
Why cry when angels
Deserve to die
In my self-rightous suicide
Why cry when angels
Deserve to die

WHY DO THEY ALWAYS SEND THE POOR!
Barbarisms by Barbaras
With pointed heels.
Victorious, victories kneel.
For brand new spankin' deals.
Marching forward hypocritic
And hypnotic computers.
You depend on our protection,
Yet you feed us lies from the table cloth.
La la la la la la la la la,
Everybody’s going to the party have a real good time.
Dancing in the desert blowing up the sunshine.
Kneeling roses disappearing,
Into Moses’ dry mouth,
Breaking into Fort Knox,
Stealing our intentions,
Hangars sitting dripped in oil,
Crying FREEDOM!
Handed to obsoletion,
Still you feed us lies from the table cloth.
La la la la la la la la la,
Everybody’s going to the party have a real good time.
Dancing in the desert blowing up the sunshine.
Everybody’s going to the party have a real good time.
Dancing in the desert blowing up the sunshine.
Blast off, it's party time,
And we don't live in a fascist nation,
Blast off, it's party time,
And where the fuck are you?
Where the fuck are you?
Where the fuck are you?
Why don’t presidents fight the war?
Why do they always send the poor?
Why don’t presidents fight the war?
Why do they always send the poor? [X4]
Kneeling roses disappearing,
Into Moses’ dry mouth,
Breaking into Fort Knox,
Stealing our intentions,

Dancing in the desert blowing up the...

Where the fuck are you!

Why do they always send the poor? [X3]
Why, do, they always send the poor [X3]
They only send the poor [x2]

Looking at life through
The eyes of a tire hub
Eating seeds as
A past time activity
The toxicity of our city
Of our city
New, what do you
Own the world?
How do you own
Disorder, disorder
Now, somewhere
Between the sacred silence
Sacred silence and sleep
Somewhere, between
The sacred silence and sleep
Disorder, disorder, disorder
More wood for their fires
Loud neighbours
Flashlight reveries
Caught in the
Headlights of a truck
Eating seeds as
A past time activity
The toxicity of our city
Of our city
New, what do you
Own the world?

Hurt --Christina Aguilera
**warning** tear jerker
CHRISTINA AGUILERA
"Hurt"
Seems like it was yesterday when I saw your face
You told me how proud you were but I walked away
If only I knew what I know today
I would hold you in my arms
I would take the pain away
Thank you for all you've done
Forgive all your mistakes
There's nothing I wouldn't do
To hear your voice again
Sometimes I want to call you but I know you won't be there
I'm sorry for blaming you for everything I just couldn't do
And I've hurt myself by hurting you
Some days I feel broke inside but I won't admit
Sometimes I just want to hide 'cause it's you I miss
You know it's so hard to say goodbye when it comes to this
Would you tell me I was wrong?
Would you help me understand?
Are you looking down upon me?
Are you proud of who I am?
There's nothing I wouldn't do
To have just one more chance
To look into your eyes and see you looking back
I'm sorry for blaming you for everything I just couldn't do
And I've hurt myself
If I had just one more day, I would tell you how much that
I've missed you since you've been away
Oh, it's dangerous
It's so out of line to try to turn back time
I'm sorry for blaming you for everything I just couldn't do
And I've hurt myself
By hurting you
