well, the pictures definatly make it look alot bigger. the floor plan looks alot bigger drawn out as well.......however it could have been the thrown around stuff of the current tenants and things being all shit and disorganized.
so we told her we're interested. 500 downpayment to move in, rent due on the 1st of the month here forward.
waiting for the phone call. we've been told "we've got others looking and we'll call you to let you know" before and it's either been "we chose someone else" or they never called back.
the pros out weight the cons. there are really only 2 cons and that's distance & size --oh and if you come to visit we'll have to put a visitor pass in your car from your rearview or they'll towe your ass away. how nice, huh? 4th would be no buzzer system.
the pros: free fitness center, hot tub, pool, sauna, steamroom, etc. laundry in the unit. not full sized, its the mini stackable apartment sized but hey, it's a washer and dryer! 1st floor with access to side door so friends and family can enter there instead of going around to the main entrace. no buzzer system. basic cable paid you pay for upgrades and features. and other things i believe i listed last night like close to the mall, movies and fave restaurants...
i'll keep ya updated....
Floorplans can definitely be misleading but my fingers are crossed for you.
