I don't think I've heard it in a while but yeap, still there!

So your not gonna believe this: I have 40 hours aweek in May. YES even with vacation, I have 40 hours aweek because of helping out in accounting. and the *greatest* thing of all while helping out in accounting I basically get an over $2 an hour raise.....oh! speaking of raises, I went up from 16 cents to 43! *dances* OH, but I think I knew that already, this was our first check today that we got our new raise. oh! and this is the BIGGEST paycheck I've ever had with TheSpa. AND they said that as long as the controller says I can come back, I can keep on keeping on. And since It's summer....you know, the busy season...... I'm gonna be working 40 hours aweek atleast until August/September and they look projected pretty damn busy in Aug & Sept (I should know, I put all the new folders together and manage the filing system and Aug and Sept is way booked, so is october).....

ANYWAYS

oh....and overtime is an option. They don't like you to have overtime. But TheManager asked me yesterday while I was leaving to come in early on Saturday and I told her that would probly put in like 1 or 2 hours into overtime and she said "eh, so what, can you make it?"

MEANWHILE

things are progressing so nicely here at home. got my man, got my bills paid, got extra money in my pockets..the ONLY thing that's missing is me being home on the weekends. If I don't find another job by the end of the summer I'm REALLY going to push how much they need me fulltime back in accounting. Things could go and run SO MUCH SMOOTHER if they had one person dedicated to all the filing, sorting, printing, copying and file maintenance along with new folder creation basically the grunt work. And I love the grunt work!

IN THE LAND OF OZ

Joe got us these pedometers, I forgot mine yesterday and I should probly put mine on today already. Even tho it's just walking around the house, that's suppose to count. What I'm really interested in is how much I walk at the Spa on a busy weekend and this weekend is suppose to be one of the BIGGEST weekends yet.

You know, I have to say how proud I am of me and Joe. We like next to never fight (unless i'm being a complete bitch and PMSing and making a huge rift in the ocean over a small partical of dust--which has gotten ALOT BETTER, atleast I think it has) and we could be like the other young couples you see out there that if they have the penny it must be spent. we're very frugal and creative with our money. yes we have some payments like the furniture payments and bills but that's it. Soon I'll have a truck payment of my own again...Makes me ill how fast 3 grand went down the toilet. NEVER BUY FROM FRIENDS/ROOMATES.

alright folks, i have shit that needs to be done. i'd love to sit and chat with ya til the day is long but i have a litter box that needs excavated, a kitchen to finish cleaning, a body that needs a shower, etc etc etc.
