we had a nice relaxing weekend. i have so much enjoyed this not working on the weekends business.
here are some pics of drake...he was outside on the balcony most of the enjoying the nice weather. we had the heat turned off and the balcony doors open to let in the fresh air. its been so nice this weekend. i hope it stays this way for while, i'm so tired of the snow.
now he's asleep here beside me and joe and i are playin sneezy. i'm working on my shaman. its been fun! this is my 2nd attempt at doing a shaman. the 1st time i got frustrated after 2 levels and deleted it. i've been more patient with this one because i really want to have 1 of each class (monk, shaman, cleric, mage, warrior, thief, deihkan). i have a 50 cleric and a 50 mage. my thief is really close to 50 now, just a few more levels. (50 is the highest level btw, if your not immortal/a god(dess). i have a fae warrior and a permadeath monk. i can't explain fae very well...maybe Taranis would like to comment on this post and explain it? with permadeaths its self explanatory. normally if you die you come back, loot your corpse and go one, but you have to make up your death because you loose experience points. with permadeaths once you die, you die and that's it. so i bascially have 1 of each class, i have a fae and i have a permadeath. i don't have one of every race tho, i don't think i do i tho i think i might...
Intuition: Elf Mage
Aphrodite: Elf Thief
Favre: Elf Warrior (Fae)
Mysterious: Human Cleric
Galadriel: Gnome Shaman
Bunny: Human Monk
Precious: Hobbit Monk (PermaDeath)
Sublyme: Ogre Deihkan
Cairistiona: Human Warrior
The only Race I don't have is the Dwarf. I guess I'll have to think of something to make one just because. But I really dont see a need to, really. Btw, you have to have a 50 of that race to make a Fae of that race and since my elf mage was the only 50 i had when i decided to make a fae, i made a fae warrior. she's a really nice hitter. my other warrior is a decent enough hitter but she's more of a tank than anything...
ok well i'm gonna stop rambling on about sneezymud! hey taranis, explain fae!
“...So do we pass the ghosts that haunt us later in our lives; they sit undramatically by the roadside like poor beggars, and we see them only from the corners of our eyes, if we see them at all. The idea that they have been waiting there for us rarely if ever crosses our minds. Yet they do wait, and when we have passed, they gather up their bundles of memory and fall in behind, treading in our footsteps and catching up, little by little.”--Stephen King

Well, for those of you who do not have a rpg background, every character has different abilities which are based upon there base statitics. These being, strength, brawn, constituion, inteligence, wisdom, focus, speed, dexterity, agility, perception, charisma, and karma. You begin with a standard setting in each area depending on which race and homeland you chose. However, if you choose to be fae, you will get the benefit of 50 extra stat points spread out over the 12 skills, but you are penalized with the requirement of having to earn double experience to gain each level.
