found out the man who shot her just came back from Iraq after being over there for over a year.

he was aiming to shoot her a 2nd time when her newly wed husband jumped in front of her and got hit himself.

they say she's out of the woods now but still in critical condition. the next 24 hours will decide that and if her brain doesn't start swelling again.

she had amnesia for a little bit, couldn't remember anything but it's better now, she's recognizing people and talking.

the mans girlfriend tried to take the gun from him and he ended up shooting off her hand.
