ah well, we kinda cheated this weekend...

or is it called withholding information???

no, seriously tho.. Taranis was off work Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon..he took some vacation days as a prelude to our Vacation in May to make sure he had all his ends tied before we go and stuff... Friday: well, I didn't do anything but our usual runing around and go to work. Saturday ofcourse I didn't do shit but work and play on sneezy. When I got off work Sunday we stayed up all night, went to bed at 6am. Got up about 11am Monday morning and played sneezy all day and all night. Taranis had to be at work at 6am this morning, he laid down and took at nap at 4am. I went after him about 5 am to make sure he was awake, got up at about 11 am this morning... My schedule is all fuckered up. Our menu this weekend: Pizza, breadsticks & Spaghetti & Macaroni & Cheese...oh and beer. and Jeiger. Cuz we went to Bama's birthday party Saturday night when I got off work. Man I got drunk FAST!

but BOY! it sure is pretty outside! and feels wonderful.

but yea, I completely ignored my diet all weekend... I tried hard to moderate what I ate, I think I did fairly well altho I did have seconds of Spaghetti lastnight. Today however I'll be cleaning until he gets home. TOMORROW! we start back with our walking regimine (sp?) I havn't weighed myself today... I'm going to for another week. I know this weekend just spun me off track a little bit.

ohmigods! your not gonna believe who quit smoking! My Dad & Mom... My Dad's been smoking for 40 years, mom I think about 30 years. They both quit smoking, that was thier new years resolution. Neither has had a cig since the 1st of the year. how freakin cool is that???

ok! if it's ok with Taranis, I have a few pics from the bday part I can put up of him and me... All yall can see how fat I've gotten.. makes me ill.... but they are pretty decent pics all the same. He looks so CUTE! I'm sending copies to my parents in a few.

ok! well i need to go finish cleaning, laundry should be ready for change over soon.

When I have seriously worked to lose weight, I built in 1 "diet free" day each week (given my schedule, it usually worked out to a Friday, Saturday or Sunday) - no watching what I ate/drank and only minimum attention to not gorging myself. Without that weekly respite, I wouldn't have stuck with it.

  2. that's a good idea.... not sure what day i would pick tho. guessing yesterday was that day tho cuz we went to red lobster...

    and no, i'm not really allergic to kiwi...just funnin with the Kiwis

    i'm such a lazy ass person sometimes. sigh... c'mon get motivated, get your ass out the door. fried food is so bad. it makes you so sluggish. and i'm sure the allota colloda didn't help matters much either... hell, Taranis overslept this morning. sigh. red lobster is the devil.

  3. My 'diet free" day floated based upon circumstances (if we were invited to a party or out to dinner ... whatever was scheduled was what I set as the day for that week). It tended to work in that it gave me enough 'indulgence' that I could stick with it the rest of the week.
