My Weekend

Thursday
Went out for Karaoke as usual. It was nice. Loved every moment of it. At first it started out real slow and hardly anyone was there. Started out with just 3 of us singing (Me, Another Guy and the KaraokeGuy). But all in all had a great time and more raving comments about me singing. I sang "Diamonds" by Nicole Kidman from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack which everyone loved and "Bring Me To Life" by Evanesence (for the 1st time) and everyone said I did amazing. Ofcourse I also sang my regular songs. Had to put in a few that I havn't done before. And got requests to sing both of those again and again!

Friday
Came to work here at the Firm. Went to work at the Spa and got sent home because I didn't have my 'uniform' on... I hadn't gotten laundry done so I was wearing Jeans and a really nice blouse.

Ended up going to Cross Roads for Dinner and Drinks. Had a great time. Met some new people. Had an amazing conversation with this guy, only to find out he's got a fiance. She's got a kid by a dude and he's got one with another person... Atleast I had a great time and he bought most of my drinks.

Went home and ended up talking to a friend of mine for HOURS, litterally all night long and fell asleep on the phone while talking to them. They thought it was cute. I was embarassed. But I guess that it has to tell me something that I'm that confortable with them? I dont know... I could and would love to see a relationship come out of our friendship, but they live so far away....

Oh yea, One of the Guys that sings Karaoke with me, he's got a band. And they played Cross Roads Friday night. He was talking to them about me being a singer too and they said if I could/would be willing to learn some Janice Joplin songs and other songs then I could sing with them! YES YES YES!

Saturday
Woke up late. Got my laundry done tho (Most of it) in time and went to work at the Spa. Got off there and went back out to Cross Roads and closed the bar. Had a great time and got some awesome pics.

This guy I know from Karaoke nights comes up and sits next to me. Takes my phone to check the time and notices Brett Favre as my wallpaper and takes off with my phone and shows it off sayin/screaming "she's got my hero on her phone"... Giggle. It was so cute.

Sunday
Finished off my laundry and went to work at the spa. Came home, went to bed.

Today
There was a few things I was going to talk about and forgot... It happens...

Its been wonderful.. But I have to Scream now...
