I love my Job. i love the work that I do.
but sometimes

it's a crazy mess BUT I kick ass at my Job and I feel like I get NO recognition for what we do...
none at all
I would help if we were acknowledged for all of our Hard work.

I saw Pic's ultrasound photos today!!! I almost teared up...
I can relate. I have a doctorate and 25 years experience (2 where I'm at now); I am doing more things above my job description than in it; people with 4 times the seniority and supposedly above my employee rank report to me.
ReplyDeleteThe clerical worker with the high school degree who drives everyone so crazy that no one will give her any work to do (and who spends her entire time complaining and filing grievances) get paid more than I.
There is no justice in this life.
We all have those moments at our job. I like my job but lately....I don't. But a break is coming up and I need to work toward that.
