so, i had gotten my pain from the surgery under control. go to work at the spa and my damn tooth starts to hurt.
had to go to the er lastnight. gave me vicodin and an antibiotic. i have a really bad absessed tooth.
pain from tooth is tolerable now, but not completely gone. it was so bad bad. it still is but tolerable now to a point.
i still feel like my head is going to explode from the pain.
“...So do we pass the ghosts that haunt us later in our lives; they sit undramatically by the roadside like poor beggars, and we see them only from the corners of our eyes, if we see them at all. The idea that they have been waiting there for us rarely if ever crosses our minds. Yet they do wait, and when we have passed, they gather up their bundles of memory and fall in behind, treading in our footsteps and catching up, little by little.”--Stephen King

They say the crap like this comes in threes (and it did for me). Watch out(unless we can lump car travails in with health travails).
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I celebrated getting out of May without anyone in the hospital (first month this year!).
Life is tough, wear a helmet, we're roting for you (...no ... get your mind out of the gutter).
i know, its such an annoying pain in the ass. until a month or so ago i never even THOUGHT of a hospital....and now i've been there twice in the emergency room and for surgery, ugh.
ReplyDeletei keep wondering what's gonna happen next. and hopefully nothing too bad. i have to figure out how i'm gonna pay for me to see the dentist AND have my brakes fixed this weekend AND pay for the other medical shit AND go see my baby sister get married.
plus, i have another trip to Glencoe to make unless Pbuilders can meet me in lincolnshire on my lunch break to get that $$$ from him for his website.
Sorry dear, I'm claiming the "pain in the ass" (and associated tributory system) award for the year. Not to downplay any of your pains - located elsewhere as they may be. krm
