Bored

Woke up this morning, didn't get a phone call telling me to NOT come in. Arrived at the hamptons and was given my roomlist and keys. Ha. BUT, the girls pretty much avoided me today. And it was like they were stepping around eggshells with me. Oh well. By the end of the day and they realized I wasn't gonna walk out again, they started talking to me.

So far I have met quite a few people up in the Area of Illinois that I'm moving to. Its pretty awesome, the Internet. Make friends before you get somewhere! lol. Most of it is compliments of Witchvox which is an online Community of sorts for Pagans to find others in thier State. Its awesome, I like it. Helps save alot of time and effort too in trying to find groups and events and such that you might like to be interested in.

Tomorrow is my lastday to work at the hamptons. I'm gonna miss some of the people there. TheInspector said she's gonna miss the great job I do in my rooms and how fast I get them done. Awesome, I'm gonna be missed! The girl who helped me dye my hair said she was gonna miss me too. Which is cool. I don't know about the others.

Must tell you a funny story about work. We all know I walked out yesterday so I got filled in on some JUICY gossip from yesterday (that was in no way related to me, which is fucking awesome). Apperantly, our boss hired this woman that just got out of the Pen for cooking meth and other stuff. She didn't know this. And the woman is on Parole. Well, the woman was TALKING about all this crap. I mean how she loves having a housekeeping job cuz when she's high she wants to clean clean clean and all this stuff. Well, we have to clean rooms that people LIVE in. Literally like they stay with us for months and months at a time. One girl came up to me today and advised me to NOT leave my purse in the locker room anymore and told me the story. A little bit later, the frontdesk girl asked me if I heard the yelling and stuff. And I said 'no what yelling'. Apperantly our boss called this woman up and told her she couldn't work there anymore because of her Felony History etc and it was too large of a risk because we have to clean rooms that people stay in, etc. If someone was to steal out of a room, we'd never have proof as to who it was.

So, this woman is called and is told over the phone she's fired.She's told that she can pick up her check friday and turn in her uniform on that day. She decides to come down to the hotel and beg and plead for her job and embarass herself and the entire hotel and our staff. I missed it all. She did the begging and pleading today. I was too busy cleaning my rooms. I took my time and went at a slower than usual pace and still got done before everyone else.

Just got off the phone with Crystal. Making final arraingments and such. She's gonna forward to me the route they are planning on taking and since I've drove up there and make so many times, she wants me to go over it and outline any shortcuts and stuff that I know. I'm gettin real excited. I can't wait to leave. i can't wait to start my life up there. And I REALLY can't wait to go to one of HockeyGuy's games. And Karoake. All i do is sing now. Like I didn't before. But I sing more and more now, I was gettin rusty not practicing everyday like I use to.

Guess I'm gonna get off here and chill. Listen to some music. Veg out. Wait for more emails to reply to from people up in the Wisconsin/Illinois area.

OH! and one thing I cannot wait for, would be to FINALLY go to a Green Bay Packers HOME game! YES YES YES!
