“...So do we pass the ghosts that haunt us later in our lives; they sit undramatically by the roadside like poor beggars, and we see them only from the corners of our eyes, if we see them at all. The idea that they have been waiting there for us rarely if ever crosses our minds. Yet they do wait, and when we have passed, they gather up their bundles of memory and fall in behind, treading in our footsteps and catching up, little by little.”--Stephen King

Bored and Lonely and Concerned
Well, Hephaestus is out on the road again. I'm home alone and going to be going out of town for a few days this week. I'm going up to see my step-brother graduate from the Army.
On a sadder note, Crystal's mom is worse. They've taken her off the Chemo and discontinued the Radiation therapy. They have said the only thing that can be done now is to make her comfortable and to send her home.
